Responsibilities
We are seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
Build sustainable relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
