Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
